Returns & Exchanges

We want to ensure that you love the watches that you have purchased. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for exchange ONLY.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your email request must include the order number, name, reason, and the address of the purchaser.

All items are inspected before shipping. Therefore we are authorized to decline an exchange if it does not pass our inspection.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If fraud is suspected due to the information we receive from you after your purchase, we reserve the right to refund that order.
